Lead Hand (Maintenance)
Under the supervision of the Foreman, the working Lead Hand is second in command on the job site while assisting the Foreman to accomplish the given tasks in a safe and most efficient manner.
Crew Member (Driver/Technician)
As the lead worker on site this position plans, directs, and coordinates all project-related activities and works with the Company Director as necessary to complete all assigned tasks on time.
