How often should patio and hardscape be cleaned and sealed?

We recommend a professional deep cleaning once a year (usually in the spring) to remove accumulated dirt, moss, and mildew from the winter. For sealing, we recommend reapplying a high-quality sealer every 2 to 3 years, depending on the type of sealer used, the amount of foot traffic, and exposure to harsh weather conditions in the GTA.

Yes, absolutely! This is one of our most popular services. We use specialized, high-pressure washing tools to thoroughly blast away weeds, moss, and organic buildup from between the joints. Once dry, we refill the joints with premium polymeric sand. Polymeric sand hardens when activated with water, locking the pavers securely in place and creating a powerful barrier that resists future weed growth and insect infestation.

Yes, we can. Over time, base shifting can cause pavers to sink, lift, or become loose. Our repairs and restoration team will carefully lift the affected pavers, relevel the underlying gravel and bedding sand, and reset them to create a perfectly flat, safe surface. If you have cracked or broken pavers, we can also replace them with matching stones to restore your patio’s seamless look.
